By accessing and using AiZolo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AiZolo is an All-in-One AI Subscription platform that allows users to interact with multiple AI models simultaneously. Our service enables users to:

• Compare responses from different AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, and more)
• Generate images, videos, and audio using AI
• Use custom API keys for third-party AI services (encrypted and secure)
• Create and manage AI projects
• Customize chat layouts and interfaces
• Save and organize prompts with Prompt Manager
• Import chats from ChatGPT or Claude

3. Subscription Plans and Pricing

AiZolo offers the following subscription plans:

3.1 Free Plan

• Price: $0/month
• Limited AI model access
• Limited tokens per month
• Basic chat functionality

3.2 Pro Plan (Monthly)

• Price: $9.9 USD per month
• Unlimited AI comparisons
• Access to all latest and premium AI models
• 3,000,000 tokens per month
• Image Generator, Video Generator, Audio Generator
• Custom API Keys (encrypted)
• Prompt Manager, AI Memory
• Import Chats from ChatGPT or Claude
• Priority support

3.3 Yearly Plan

• Price: $99.9 USD per year (save 17%)
• All Pro Plan features
• Best value for committed users

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your chosen plan. Your billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription purchase.

4.2 Payment Method

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price at each renewal.

• Monthly subscriptions renew every month on your billing date
• Yearly subscriptions renew every year on your billing date
• You will receive a renewal reminder before being charged

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@aizolo.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• After cancellation, your account will revert to the free plan
• No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage users to thoroughly review our plans before subscribing. In limited circumstances, we may consider a refund if:

• The request is made within 7 days of payment
• No premium tokens have been used after subscription activation
• You contact support with a valid reason

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

9. API Keys and Third-Party Services

When you provide API keys for third-party AI services:

• Your API keys are encrypted and stored securely
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred through the use of your API keys
• You must comply with the terms of service of the respective AI providers
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services
• You grant us permission to use your API keys solely to provide our services

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Generate spam or unwanted communications

Regarding content you create or share through our Service:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
• You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content
• We may remove content that violates these terms

The AiZolo platform, including its design, functionality, and code, is our intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer our platform
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party AI service charges or issues
• You use the service at your own risk

16. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service:

• For violation of these terms
• For prolonged inactivity
• At our discretion with reasonable notice
• If required by law or regulation

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting updates on our website
• Sending email notifications to registered users
• Displaying notices within the Service

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

19. Affiliate Program

AiZolo operates an affiliate program that allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by referring paying customers to https://aizolo.com/.

• Commission rate: 50% of net subscription revenue from each qualifying payment made by a referred customer.
• Recurring payout: Commissions apply to each completed subscription payment (initial and renewals) for the lifetime of the referred customer's active subscription, provided the referral link or tracking remains valid and you remain in good standing.
• Qualifying payments: Commissions are calculated on net revenue collected by AiZolo and exclude taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and third-party fees.
• Payouts: Processed monthly after a 30-day holding period to allow for refunds or reversals. Minimum payout threshold: $50.
• Refunds/chargebacks: If a referred payment is refunded or reversed, the corresponding commission will be deducted from future payouts or recovered from the affiliate.
• Enrollment & tracking: Referrals must use your unique affiliate link or tracking method provided by AiZolo. We are not responsible for lost referrals due to user settings or technical issues.
• Prohibited conduct: Affiliates must not engage in deceptive marketing, trademark infringement, spam, cookie stuffing, bid on AiZolo trademarks without permission, or any illegal activities. Violation may result in suspension, forfeiture of commissions, and termination.
• Taxes & reporting: Affiliates are responsible for all taxes and reporting obligations related to payments received.

By participating in the affiliate program you agree to any additional program rules and policies Ai Zolo publishes and to these terms. AiZolo reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
