Refund Policy

1. General Policy
All payments for AiZolo subscription services are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to thoroughly review our subscription plans, features, and pricing before making any payment or subscription commitment.
By subscribing to any of our paid plans (Pro Monthly at $9.9/month or Yearly at $99.9/year), you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have reviewed the features included in your chosen plan
- You understand the billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- You agree to the automatic renewal terms
- You accept that payments are non-refundable under normal circumstances
2. 7-Day Exception
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. In limited circumstances, we may consider a refund request if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date
- You have not used any premium tokens after your subscription became active
- You contact our support team with a valid reason for the refund request
Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the 7-day exception policy, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@aizolo.com
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Provide your registered email address and payment details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
- You will lose access to all premium features
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Any premium tokens have been used after subscription activation
- The request is made more than 7 days after payment
- You simply changed your mind after using the service
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
- Third-party AI services experienced temporary issues
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time
- Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends
7. Billing Errors
If you believe a charge was made in error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact us immediately at support@aizolo.com. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly.
