Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments for AiZolo subscription services are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to thoroughly review our subscription plans, features, and pricing before making any payment or subscription commitment.

By subscribing to any of our paid plans (Pro Monthly at $9.9/month or Yearly at $99.9/year), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have reviewed the features included in your chosen plan
  • You understand the billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
  • You agree to the automatic renewal terms
  • You accept that payments are non-refundable under normal circumstances

2. 7-Day Exception

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. In limited circumstances, we may consider a refund request if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date
  • You have not used any premium tokens after your subscription became active
  • You contact our support team with a valid reason for the refund request

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee a refund. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the 7-day exception policy, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@aizolo.com
  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your registered email address and payment details
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
  • You will lose access to all premium features

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Any premium tokens have been used after subscription activation
  • The request is made more than 7 days after payment
  • You simply changed your mind after using the service
  • You forgot to cancel before the renewal date
  • Third-party AI services experienced temporary issues

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after the billing period ends

7. Billing Errors

If you believe a charge was made in error (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact us immediately at support@aizolo.com. We will investigate and correct any billing errors promptly.
